Member Services Specialist
In Member Services, my duties include:
- Manage several new and renewed members ongoing membership support and setup.
- Act as an escalation point for the DirectEmployers Members.
- Ensure the Members have the proper training to leverage their membership and grow member engagement with our products and services suite.
- Identify resources and solutions needed based on member input to enhance and strengthen the relationships with members.
- Serve as a Member advocate within DirectEmployers.
- Identify and monitor critical client needs to ensure DirectEmployers is providing extreme service.
- Facilitate member surveys.
- Collect feedback and present it back to the team in the planning of enhancements to be included in subsequent maintenance releases and future versions of the product and services.
- Manage webinar setups and registration.
