Member Services Specialist

In Member Services, my duties include:

  • Manage several new and renewed members ongoing membership support and setup.
  • Act as an escalation point for the DirectEmployers Members.
  • Ensure the Members have the proper training to leverage their membership and grow member engagement with our products and services suite.
  • Identify resources and solutions needed based on member input to enhance and strengthen the relationships with members.
  • Serve as a Member advocate within DirectEmployers.
  • Identify and monitor critical client needs to ensure DirectEmployers is providing extreme service.
  • Facilitate member surveys.
  • Collect feedback and present it back to the team in the planning of enhancements to be included in subsequent maintenance releases and future versions of the product and services.
  • Manage webinar setups and registration.
