Promoting Growth Through Partnerships
Partnerships are essential to promote the growth and expansion of our efforts, and provide additional outreach and enhanced benefits to each of our Members. Instead of entering into transactional partnerships, we believe that partnerships should be mutually beneficial and fully support our mission of improving labor market efficiency through the sharing of best practices, research and development of new technology.

The most important part of the compliance partnerships is the opportunity for our Members to use them to build their outreach partnerships. They can contact some of these groups to find more local contacts in their own specific locations, etc., or it can allow them to build national contacts for companies who have locations across the country. – Candee Chambers, VP of Compliance, DirectEmployers Association
Collaborating for Enhanced Member BenefitsNot only do partnerships benefit our Members by creating additional outlets for job distribution, they give our Members the ability to build or expand on their outreach efforts. Through these partnerships, Members are empowered to contact individual organizations to help put them in touch with local contacts or assist with building national contacts for companies who have locations all around the country. In addition to the relationship building and job distribution, our partners also provide education based upon their specialties via webinar, blogs and speaking engagements.
