Leading OFCCP compliance solution provider creates a 15-person advisory board comprised of affirmative action and OFCCP regulatory experts to help educate the nation’s largest federal contractors on evolving requirements.

Indianapolis-based nonprofit DirectEmployers Association announces the creation of a new Compliance Advisory Board to further product development, provide regulatory guidance to the organization’s membership and increase federal contractor knowledge of Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance requirements.

To accompany DirectEmployers flagship compliance solution that aids in meeting the OFCCP’s Section 4212 mandatory listing requirement, the diverse 15-person advisory board represents individuals nationwide chosen for their expertise in affirmative action and regulations enforced by the OFCCP. These industry experts include:

  • Candee Chambers, SPHR, Sr. CAAP, DirectEmployers Association
  • John C. Fox, Esq., Fox, Wang & Morgan P.C.
  • Joyce Morgan, Morgan Consulting Services
  • Patrick Nooren, Ph.D., Biddle Consulting Group, Inc.
  • Chris Lindholm, Outsolve, LLC
  • Beth Ronnenburg, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Berkshire Associates
  • Joan Moore, J.D., SPHR, The Arbor Consulting Group, Inc.
  • Jon Zimring, Esq., Greenberg Traurig, LLP
  • Jon Bumgarner, Esq., Hall, Render Killian Heath & Lyman

“Ninety-six percent of our membership is comprised of federal contractors and we pride ourselves on our depth of regulatory knowledge,” commented DirectEmployers Executive Director, Bill Warren. “The formation of this advisory board lends an additional layer to the education of our members by pooling together knowledgeable industry professionals.”

Board members have the opportunity to share their knowledge with some of the nation’s largest contractors and further establish themselves as experts in their field by participating in quarterly webinars, guest blog posts and presentations at DirectEmployers Annual Meeting & Conference. Recently Compliance Advisory Board members Jen Seda and Patrick Nooren presented a webinar on how to prepare for mandated OFCCP compensation manager interviews. On September 30, Beth Ronnenburg will conduct a webinar examining OFCCP’s current enforcement priorities and how to proactively prepare for an audit.
