To further expand our efforts in our ongoing pursuit of excellence, we created the DirectEmployers Compliance Advisory Board (CAB). Led by Candee Chambers, SPHR, Sr. CAAP, DirectEmployers VP of Compliance and Partnerships, the diverse 15-person advisory board represents individuals nationwide chosen for their expertise in affirmative action and regulations enforced by the OFCCP.

CAB members have the opportunity to share their knowledge with some of the nation’s largest contractors and further establish themselves as experts in their field by participating in quarterly webinars, guest blog posts and presentations at DirectEmployers Annual Meeting & Conference.
