Meet OFCCP Compliance With VetCentral

VetCentral delivers federal contractors’ jobs to state web sites or to One-Stop Centers for the appropriate Local Veterans Employment Representatives (LVER) and Disabled Veterans Outreach Program (DVOP). It provides employers Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance with the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) as amended by the Jobs for Veterans Act.

VetCentral is fully integrated into JobCentral National Labor Exchange making it easy for federal contractors to comply with federal job listing requirements for Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance. It eliminates the need to identify the appropriate local service delivery system and contacts for job listings. Jobs are indexed from federal contractors’ corporate web sites and automatically entered into VetCentral. The program then forwards the job listings to state employment web sites or to the appropriate Local Veterans Employment Representatives (LVERs), and Disabled Veterans Outreach Program Representatives (DVOPs) through local One-Stop centers integrated in the employment service delivery system.
