CT Department of Labor
As an alternative to commercial job boards, DirectEmployers Association created National Labor Exchange for its Members to increase labor market efficiency and decrease recruiting costs while generating job opportunities for displaced employees. The service is available to non-Member employers.

Become a DirectEmployers Association Member
Employers have found a strategic recruiting community where ideas, resources and practices are shared; processes, technologies and standards are shaped; and technology is used in a manner which acknowledges values, respects diversity and reflects the rich array of cultures represented in a broad global workforce.
Option 2:
Register to Post Jobs and Search Resumes
Post jobs for $25 per posting. As a non-Member, jobs will be viewable on JobCentral for 30 days.
Resume access only for $25 per year. Search resumes on the JobCentral Network after annual $25 registration fee.
Option 3:
Post your jobs free to State Workforce Systems
Our alliance with the National Association of State Workforce Agencies supplies your jobs, posted on state sites, automatically to JobCentral.
Note: State participation, registration, validation process and job posting time frames vary by state.

Option 4:
Include Your Jobs Through JobCentral Indexing
JobCentral uses an “indexing” process to identify links to jobs on corporate web sites. Job seekers who select a job title on the search results page are taken directly to the job listing on the employer web site. This is essentially the same process that is used by all high-level internet search engines.
