Rapid Reemployment
NASWA
DirectEmployers Association, in partnership with National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA), implemented the Rapid Reemployment Initiative, a service designed to connect downsizing employers with hiring employers to create a system that offers job matching to displaced workers at no cost.
“We are working together to align and leverage the assets of all workforce partners to minimize the impact of displacement on job seekers and reduce unemployment compensation costs.”

“Workers have reemployment opportunities even in bad times. Despite the current recession, there are about 3 million job openings in the economy. The RRI recommits the National Labor Exchange, the flagship service of our public-private alliance, to helping employers find good workers and helping workers find good jobs faster and more efficiently.”
