Both DirectEmployers and JobCentral have standard "Terms and Conditions of Service" policies which govern the use of information, including resumes, obtained from our sites. Be aware that such "terms and conditions of use", although valid and enforceable, do not protect your resume from being collected and distributed by third parties and others in a manner you may not desire.

Sometimes, we may collect non-personal information about you that is anonymous data. The information we receive is for DirectEmployers use only and is not disclosed to any other party except in aggregate form.
