John C. Fox and Candee ChambersThe OFCCP Week in Review (WIR) is a simple, fast and direct summary of relevant happenings in the OFCCP regulatory environment, authored by experts John C. Fox and Candee Chambers.

In last week’s WIR we shared information regarding the EEOC’s recent announcement. Today we would like to inform you of two upcoming webinars, sponsored by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), that will help shed more light into this new requirement.

WEBINAR | Revisions to EEO-1 to Collect Summary Pay Data

On September 29, 2016, the EEOC announced that starting March 2018, it will add summary pay data for certain employers to the annual Employer Information Report or EEO-1 report.  The EEO-1 data is collected jointly by the EEOC and the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).

In this webcast, EEOC staff will provide information that will help employers transition to the new summary pay data collection, including an overview of data collection and answers to frequently asked questions.  This webinar is for those who file the EEO-1 such as human resource professionals and others who support that effort, such as software developers.   Please join us for this webinar to learn more and ask your questions.

*Please note the webinars will cover the same topics and you need only register to attend one date. After registration you will receive an email with a personalized access link. Follow the instructions in your email to connect to the webinar.
