Candee Chambers and John Fox spoke at last Wednesday’s General Session at the annual National Industry Liaison Group Conference as almost 800 Government contractor representatives gathered in Charlotte, North Carolina for an annual update. Candee and John discussed Recent Significant OFCCP Developments. Candee discussed upcoming regulations expected to soon go to Final, outreach and positive recruitment, FY2015 OFCCP Enforcement statistics (which serve as a guide to warn contractors what to prepare for as to coming OFCCP audits) and how to defend OFCCP’s current style of audit. John focused on the changes coming to OFCCP with the change of political Administrations, the impact of OFCCP’s budget on audits and suggested how contractors could reduce mounting costs to analyze compensation pay systems.
