With the ever-changing OFCCP compliance landscape that federal contractor employers currently face, establishing connections with partner organizations and consistently conducting outreach activities will continue to become a priority in 2015. Unfortunately, many employers are unsure of where to start and lack the time it takes to establish beneficial relationships. Fortunately for Members of DirectEmployers Association, we act as a resource to connect employers with partners who can help them achieve their outreach goals.

One way we do this is through a series of free virtual networking events. Using the same platform used for our online career fairs, Members are connected directly with national and local partners in quick chat conversations to discuss their needs and determine how they may be able to work together. At the end of the event, all connections are saved for review and follow-up. Our next Member-Partner networking event is set to take place Wednesday, April 8 from 2:00pm – 3:30pm EDT and registration is now open.Brazen platform

Partners currently registered include: Think Beyond the Label, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Linkages, Our Ability, C5 Consulting, LLC, Allsup Employment Services, Inc., disABLEDperson, Inc., Office of Warrior Care Policy, the National Organization on Disability (NOD), Institute for the Redesign of Learning, Easter Seals, Inc. and Bosma.
